Book Associations: Which genre, authors, or particular books do you think people associate with your reading style?

Contemporary, contemporary and more contemporary. I'm the Contemporary Lit Queen. Usually people associate Sarah Dessen as my favorite author, and continually recommend her books (but I've already read all of them, of course). I can't think of any other particular/specific books that people associate with my reading style, though.

    Haha, I love when people tell me, "Oh, read this blah blah blah" and I can say, "Already did." Sarah Dessen is definitely an awesome author to be associated with! :)

    I have to admit that I've never read any Sarah Dessen. Every time I go to the bookstore I see very similar looking covers from her; usually a girl wearing jeans without a head.

    If I start a book by her, which one should go first?

    Yep, definitely contemporary! :D I never used to be much of contemp reader before Anna and the French Kiss - I definitely read more now! I've always liked Dessen though :). have a great weekend!
