Book Disappointments: Have you ever come across a book you were so stoked to read, but it failed miserably in your eyes?
A Walk to Remember by Nicholas Sparks.
Talk about a disappointment. I shouldn't have watched the movie first.

I've never read (or watched) A Walk to Remember, mostly because I had a kinda-stalker who liked the movie. Bad memories.
ReplyDeleteI didn't read the book "A Walk to Remember" but I really liked the movie. Maybe I should read the book now :)
ReplyDeleteNew follower btw :)

I agree with you on A Walk to Remember. That was definitely one instance where I liked the movie better than the book. New follower :0)

LOL I love that movie but haven't read the book because, honestly...although I love the movies based from his book, I don't think I'd enjoy the books for some reason.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you on this one! The movie was much much better than the book. And I didn't like the book one bit from what I remember. I also didn't care as much for The Notebook in book form either - the film was much better for me.

I've seen the movie but never read the book of A Walk to Remember. I probably never will! :P Have a great weekend :).
ReplyDeleteHi, new follower here for the hop. I read A Walk to Remember before I saw the movie and I cried like a baby in both!
